Shipping & Delivery
NORMAL ORDER PROCESSING / STORE HANDLING TIME:
1 to 2 business days. We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible with most orders going out the same day as received!
HOLIDAY PROCESSING / STORE HANDLING TIME:
1 to 2 business days. During the holiday buying season, please allow one to two days for order processing.
We currently ship via US Postal Service.
We ship our orders out Monday through Friday, with the exclusion of national holidays. Orders received over the weekend will be processed the following Monday. Though we will always pack and prepare orders for shipment within one to two business days, the speed of delivery will depend on your distance from our location here in Houston, TX and the Method that you select.
USPS Priority Mail packages generally arrive at their destination within 3 days and include tracking information so that you can monitor the progress of your delivery. Please note that this is only a service standard - delivery dates are NOT guaranteed with Priority Mail and may, in some cases take up to 5 days.
USPS Parcel Post is slightly slower than Priority Mail, taking between 2-8 days from the date of shipment to arrive at their destination. As with Priority Mail, this is an estimated delivery time and is not backed by a guarantee to arrive by a certain date.

Tendrils and Curls™ is doing its part to make the world a better place to live!
We are going green! We have started a recycling program in our Houston based boutique for our customers who are encouraged to bring in their empty product containers, etc. for us to recycle with the City of Houston Department of Waste Management.
How does this impact our Tendrils and Curls™ customers from far and wide? We have taken green a step further. As one of our valued customers, your beloved curly products will arrive to you in recycled shipping boxes and loose-fill packaging peanuts and bubble wrap.
The point is to help maintain the health of the environment. What can you do? Going green can be as simple as making sure lights are turned off in unused offices–thus preventing the waste of electricity–or as elaborate as utilizing alternative forms of energy (i.e., solar or wind energy). In either case, the goal of making these changes is to preserve natural resources by using those that are sustainable, or by taking measures to reduce the amount consumed.
We cannot accept returns on body care, hair care or facial products due to perishability and contamination. We also cannot accept returns of certain items, including those items which are not in its original condition, is damaged, worn or is missing parts. We also cannot accept returns on any item that is returned after the deadline (returns can be made within 4 weeks from the date of purchase). Will will however accept returns within 4 weeks from the date of purchase for your choice of credit or a refund. Qualifying items include those items which are unworn, in un-opened original packaging, accompanied by the original invoice and/or in thier original condition and that are not return exclusion items listed above.

Free Samples Program
We do not have a free samples program for non-customers at this time. When samples are available, we will joyously include those in the boxes for our existing customers.
